We’re excited to help bring your game ideas to life. Before we get started, you must review and agree to our Terms of Service. This document outlines the legal agreement between Playbokep (“we” or “us”) and you, the client (“you” or “your”), regarding the use of our game development services.
By engaging with Playbokep to provide game development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with these terms, please avoid using our services.
Our Services
Game Development
Playbokep offers a wide range of game development services, from basic 2D games to complex 3D worlds with advanced features. Our team will work closely with you throughout the development process, including conception, design, programming, testing, and post-release support.
Project Scope
The scope of your project will be determined by the Service Category you select (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Diamond). Each category has specific parameters for project size, development time, cost, and included features. Be sure to review the details of each Service Category carefully before making your selection.
Custom Work
All game development services provided by Playbokep are custom-tailored to your specific project. We do not offer templates or pre-made solutions. Our team will create original assets, code, and designs based on your unique vision and requirements.
Client Responsibilities
Information Provision
In order to deliver the best possible service, we require your timely cooperation and provision of necessary information, materials, and feedback throughout the development process. This includes, but is not limited to, game concept details, art style preferences, and responses to progress updates.
Intellectual Property Rights
By engaging Playbokep, you represent and warrant that you either own all elements of text, images, or other artwork you provide or that you have permission to use them. You agree to hold Playbokep harmless from any claim or dispute arising from the use of such elements.
Approval and Acceptance
At various milestones during the project, Playbokep will submit work for your review and approval. It is your responsibility to promptly review and approve the work or provide clear and actionable feedback for revisions. Final acceptance of deliverables will be interpreted as satisfaction with the work performed.
Payments and Refunds
Project Costs
The total cost of your project will be based on the Service Category you select, as detailed in, Additional features or requirements beyond the scope of your chosen category may incur extra costs, which will be discussed and agreed upon in writing before work begins.
Payment Schedule
For Bronze and Silver projects, 70% payment is required upfront before work begins. For Gold, Platinum, and Diamond projects, a 50% deposit is required to initiate work, with the remaining balance due upon completion and delivery of the final product.

Refunds
Full Service Charges Refund
If you’re not satisfied with the code, you’re eligible for a full refund of the service charges. Terms and conditions apply.
Conditions for Refund
To qualify for a full refund, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must notify us in writing within 30% of the project progress that you wish to cancel the agreement and request a refund.
- You must provide clear reasons for your dissatisfaction with the code.
- You must not have used or distributed any portion of the code provided by Playbokep.
Consequences of Refund
If a refund is granted, the following conditions will apply:
- The code created by Playbokep will become our property, and you will not have any rights to use or distribute it.
- You will not be entitled to any further claims or damages.
Note
Please note that this refund policy only applies to the service charges and does not include any additional costs or expenses incurred during the project.
Intellectual Property
Client IP Ownership
You will own all intellectual property rights to the final game product delivered by Playbokep, including code, assets, and designs specific to your project. However, Playbokep retains the right to reuse and re-license general components, such as underlying game engines or generic code libraries, that may be included in your product.
Playbokep Portfolio Use
By engaging our services, you grant Playbokep a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use portions of your completed project, such as gameplay videos or screenshots, in our studio portfolio and marketing materials. If you do not wish for your project to be showcased in this manner, please let us know in writing, and we will gladly honor your request.
Confidentiality
Mutual Confidentiality
Playbokep and you agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any business information, game ideas, or proprietary technology disclosed during the project. This mutual confidentiality remains in effect both during the project and after its completion.
Employee and Contractor Confidentiality
Playbokep will enter into written confidentiality agreements with any employees or contractors who may have access to your confidential information during their work on your project. We take the protection of your intellectual property seriously.
Limitations of Liability
Indirect Damages
In no event shall Playbokep be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Maximum Liability
Playbokep’s maximum liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Playbokep for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Termination for Cause
Either party may terminate the project agreement immediately upon written notice if the other party breaches any material term of these Terms of Service and fails to cure the breach within 14 days of receiving written notice of the violation.
Termination for Convenience
For Gold, Platinum, and Diamond projects, you may terminate the project agreement for any reason upon 30 days written notice to Playbokep. In such cases, you agree to pay Playbokep for all work performed and expenses incurred up to the date of termination.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination of the project agreement, all licenses granted by either party to the other shall immediately cease. Sections of these Terms of Service shall survive termination.
General Provisions
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Playbokep regarding our game development services and supersede all prior agreements, proposals, or representations, whether written or oral.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Indonesia.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Amendments
Playbokep reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time, with or without notice to you. We’ll post updates on our website, and they’ll take effect right away. If you keep using our services, it means you agree to the new terms.
